Not only is Kite Park known for the parade and its beauty, but it is also known as the landing ground for live music all summer long. Every third Thursday of the month was known for The Nichols Hills Band playing live music under the gazebo. Families bring picnics, children run and play, and a nice summer evening is set to enjoy live music and community under the stars. Nichols Hills in the summer is packed with excitement, but do not forget about the Kitchen Tour held in the fall. This tour is a fundraiser for health-related non-profits.
